Cell Culture Dish – medical consumables, a highly specialized product for a niche market

The most challenging part of this project was to develop a precision mold with an  interchangeable core to allow diversification and to fulfil special production environment requirements. The most distinctive requirement was that the environmental setting which  ISO 9.0 standard was required and the product should not contact with human to avoid any residual of DNA and RNA.

For better readiness, petri dishes were molded in a black frame and bonded to a transparent plastic plate. This project relied on a highly capable team of staff from product development, project management, quality assurance etc to overcome series of engineering and production challenges.
